Manus Plere
Manus Plere, translated from vulgar Latin into “hand full”, means a small sheaf of wheat that, when it was reaped, could fit in one hand, called precisely “manoppio”, which later Manoppello (the name of our city).
Manus Plere is produced using only grapes from our vineyards, in purity, grown with organic farming methods, at the foot of the Majella massif and its natural National Park.
The high quality of the grapes used, the processing technique, which includes the help of low temperatures, equipment and containers, all in stainless steel 18/10, give to these wines their distinctive aromas, related to their territoriality.
