Our extra virgin olive oil from organic farming and a superior quality, is obtained only by the olives produced from our olive grove, planted by Baroni Zambra of Chieti before 1727. Beautiful trees, ancient native varieties that give a product of extreme excellence. The picking is handmade, the day before milling. The milling is done in a grinder, that we have selected, with millstones and subsequent cold extraction with only mechanical methods. In order to keep intact all the characteristics of this oil, the bottling takes place after an initial resting in large stainless steel containers, without filtering.
