Sparkling
From the intuition and the enthusiasm of Domenico, thanks to a territory and its exceptional vines too, born the “bubbles” of Tenuta Arabona: the first Sparkling Wine Bio fully developed in Abruzzo with “Martinotti Method”.
Obtained in small autoclaves of 600 lt, developed for Tenuta Arabona from a known Treviso company and specially modified by a local craftsman to make sparkling process with Martinotti Method starting from partially fermented must, with no added sugar and without the use of selected yeasts.
