Scent: fresh wild flowers and citrus fruits with exotic fruits notes
Flavour: fresh, dry, clean and sapid, thanks to its important acidulous content
Alcoholic content: 11,5/12 % vol
Serving temperature: 8/12 °C
Best served with: fish first courses, aperitif
